Nokia’s new CEO, Stephen Elop has apprently drafted a new memo which has been authenticated by The Register.

In the memo, he raises Nokia’s lack of competitiveness and illustrates the rise of Apple, Google and bucketload of Chinese phone manufacturers as factors for Nokia’s fall in marketshare and mindshare. He also rebukes Nokia for not acting rapidly to adapt to the change.

The memo is literally a rousing call for action and proves an interesting read.

The Register has posted an editorial on this matter and can be viewed via this link.
